Good carpark but it was more expensive paying using the app. It was cheap if I paid by card

First time I've used the App due to machine at the car park not working, seems straightforward enough to navigate

The ticket machine was out of order and the parking was expensive for such a short time.

I came back two minutes before I was due to and was charged £6 more! I will try to avoid Just Park in future unless you can refund my £6.

The app railroaded me into paying double what I should have paid for 5 hours! Shameful. Ringo never allows such a thing to happen

When I realised I would be a couple of minutes late I attempted to extend the booking. The minimum amount I could extend by was 4 hours, this put me into the overnight rate at a cost of more than £15. I attempted to back out of the transaction, but was charged anyway. Not impressed at all.
