Sadly, it was necessary to source alternative parking. We arrived slightly early so I called the space owner before changing the arrival time on the app as there was a car in the drive. I left a message, and the call went to voicemail. I then knocked at the door because the start time was approaching. The lady who answered explained that the car was her son's, although there was evidently no understanding about the booking. After leaving a message for the space owner, I still haven't received a call back 16 hours on. I also called JustPark on two occasions, but after holding on for a total of 10 minutes combined, this was impacting my evening, so the only decision available was to look elsewhere. A shocking experience, and please think very carefully before booking this space.

Our parking space was easy to find and perfect for where we wanted to be. Absolutely hassle free. Just park and get on with your day. Will definitely use again if in the area.
