How our drivers felt about this space
This parking space offers great security, easy access, and a prime location for events at the Etihad and Co-op Arena, with well-lit and spacious areas. It may require a 20-30 minute walk to the venues but avoids traffic congestion.

Easy to locate and 25 minute walk to co-op live is ideal as avoids all traffic :)

Used this spot twice now with no issues at all. a little walk to the Coop and Etihad but you avoid traffic when going home. Our 'go to' spot for parking for either venue now.

We booked this using the timeslot recommended by justpark. However the event ran over and we received a £60 fine. There's not much negotiating you can do with these sot of firms to get it cancelled. There's free parking on the streets nearby. Or if you really want to park here make sure you extend the booking at both the start and the end beyond what you think you're going to need.
Lucinda S11th July 2026
Excellent clearly marked parking about 30 minutes walk from P stand Etihad with easy get away as roads were clear, whereas nearer the stadium the roads were gridlocked and cars trapped in car park.

Used this to attend a recent concert at the Etihad. Location straight forward enough to find, secure car park with no hassles. Approx 30-40 minute walk to Etihad stadium (can get public transport nearby but we decided to walk) Due to it's location you don't get caught in the traffic after the event. Would use again if needed.

The parking worked very well though a bit further from venue than stated. Good site for booking and easy procedure.

Perfectly located for the Etihad or Co-op Arena. Smart off street parking in a business park, would definitely recommend.
