Sophie E6th September 2026
The road was closed so I couldn’t actually get to the car park… surely I should have had some kind of communication about this/not been able to book if I can’t access it.
Sheena E14th August 2026 on TrustPilot
Two car parks on same street with same name but different operators. Should have been made clear on instructions. Fortunately I realised before leaving that I was on the wrong one but consequently had to pay twice for parking.
Rebecca G9th August 2026
Was full when we arrived

I have a fine! I paid all day for this booking! Currently appealing but I believe there are another car park right next to this one - with the SAME NAME!

I did find it a little difficult to pay as we weren’t organised to book ahead and found the parking space first. Will know better next time
