It's about 10-15 mins walk to Man City stadium (probably could do it quicker if you were not walking along with the crowds). Felt very safe and plenty of space.
A bit biased because we used to live in this house at the time they were building the stadium so an added piece of nostalgia for me to show my son. So for that reason I'd give it 6 stars!

Excellent parking space, plenty of room for your car, easy to find and only 10-15 minutes from the Etihad and quick get away afterwards. Good communication when I informed of a different time of arrival would definitely recommend, Thank you.

Perfect place to park if you are visitng the Etihad Stadium. There is a path just next to the parking to cut through to the roads and a short walk to the stadium
