Parking on The Waterfront, M11

UNRELIABLE- DON'T USE - Parking space had someone in it. Told to park in disabled. Ended up getting the space paid for as the person who parked moved their car.

Don't bother. First time someone was in the space and I gave the benefit of the doubt. This time - didn't answer the phone so couldn't get code. Ended up being late to the gig and finding somewhere to park. UNRELIABLE!

Disappointed and annoyed with Owner who did not hand me a permit to display which resulted in me receiving NCP parking fine.Customer care were excellent in particular Naz who was responsive in corresponding and fully resolved the issue to my satisfaction

Got a parking fine parking here even though owner said I didn't need to display a permit.

Excellent space very close to arena and safe for car and for walking to and from with kids. Only issue was I returned to my car just in time to find the male parking attendant taking a photograph of it and he said he was about to issue me a ticket, he said he couldn't find my car details on their system so I showed him my booking details and after a discussion he let me off. Not what you need late at night, for a female alone with 2 children it was intimidating.

The owner of the parking spot was not answering the phone or door bell. There was a white Porsche in the 19 slot. After 20 minutes trying to contact the person we managed to escape and spent another half an hour locating a free car park. I won't be doing that again
