- I was provided wrong pin and had to contact the customer care who then provided the right pin. Contacting customer care and getting the right information was quite easy and quick.
- PIN is misleading. It is actually the number for a combination padlock at the gate. You will have to get off the vehicle, unlock the padlock using the number, park and leave. Do the same while exiting. The instruction could have been clearer.

Was meet at the gate by a gentleman due to someone park within the school that hadn't booked resulting in no more spaces I had to park my car on the grass the gentleman was very helpful and apologise. Great spot if going to watch football at the Etihad as it's only a 10 min to the ground. Would definitely use this again.

Very easy process from booking through to arrival, with a friendly welcome from the staff. Easy walk to the stadium, taking around 15 mins.
