How our drivers felt about this space
Convenient location with ample space and safe off-road parking. Ideal for visits to Old Trafford cricket ground and the city centre, with positive feedback about the owner’s helpfulness.

On arrival there was a skip on the driveway therefore I couldn't park on the driveway. I was unaware of the skip on the driveway until I pulled up at the house. We were given a permit to park on the road but I had not paid to park on the road.

*Misleading Listing - Very Disappointing Experience*
I booked a parking space on JustPark because it was shown as *available and bookable* on the app. I relied on this to plan my visit.
Only a couple of hours before arrival, the space owner messaged to say they couldn’t provide the actual spqce (driveway) due to building work and had placed a skip there.
The owner then offered a “visitor parking slip” instead. That’s not what I paid for. I booked a _proper off-road parking space_, not a pass to hunt for roadside parking myself. If the space wasn’t actually available, it should never have been listed as bookable in the first place.
This lack of transparency upfront is unacceptable. It wasted my time and left me scrambling for parking last minute.
JustPark needs to enforce stricter checks on listings and hold owners accountable for false availability. Right now, the app feels unreliable and misleading.
*Extremely disappointed. Will think twice before booking again.*

Very easy to locate and close to Old Trafford cricket ground. Perfect location, no issues at all, our car is a Volvo XC60 and plenty of room. Would definitely use again.

Perfect space, so convenient for the centre of Manchester, the Tram stop, Old Trafford, the Cricket ground etc. The owner is a lovely person who couldn't do enough to make sure we were happy with the space. Cant say enough good things. Nick
