Excellent experience. Attending a gig at coop arena. Only about 10 min walk away. Perfect location, secure parking, clear communication and codes required. Very straightforward. Would happily use again.

The instructions for parking were not clear when I got the email and the photograph sent did not clearly display the space number. The directions to the car park were also not clear. When we finally found the car park we dialled the ‘emergency’ number to try to establish our space number and there was no answer after holding for several minutes. Not a good experience and will not be using again.
