Asda Eastlands Car Park

Issued with a fine for getting stuck in car park Asda eastlands after a concert, then you can not even speak to anyone at just park. Not helpful at all

Just received a fine for parking the designated area - do not book this.

Just received a fine. I was sooo careful to park in one of the spaces on the photos. Appealing. Wouldn’t do this again too much stress.

The email didn’t include a picture showing the parking area so we had to guess. I tried phoning but it took to long . It took us ages to get out 1.5 hours to get out of the car park. People were not being courteous so I waited until it calmed down the. As I had been helping people they helped me to get out which was nice.

Have received a parking fine due to being gridlocked on the car park after the concert finished. There was no possible way to get off the car park. I was pictured leaving the car park 11 min after my pay time, this does not account for the time I was sat after leaving the space to get out! Do not park here for concerts, if you do I would add more than 1 1/2hrs extra to get out of the car park.

The booking process was easy enough, however due to unforeseen circumstances, we couldn’t use the car we registered. I tried to change the registration to our other car but frustratingly it wasn’t supported at the car park we’d chosen! The only option suggested was to cancel and rebook but by this time the car park we had selected wasn’t available any more. Consequently we lost the booking charge and had to get 2 taxis instead. An expensive experience.

Just horrendous to get out . 1 hour wait

Car park was easy to find, however, it wasn't clear which were the approved parking spaces. It is definitely safe and secure parking though. One major downside was that on exit it was completely gridlocked, it took an hour and half before traffic started moving and we were able to make our way home after an already long day.

Brilliant parking , post code takes you to a loading bay, not the main entrance , the parking picture could of done with a bit more information to get the correct spaces so hopefully we were in them.

Easy to find. Directions on the link provided are easy to follow. I would say it's not too clear from the two pictures provided where exactly you should park but after checking with staff in Asda that we were as far away from the entrance to asda and not near Starbucks we should be ok. Bit of a bottle neck when leaving after the concert at Ethiad but that's to be expected. For the price the location is great.
