Great communication with owner, easy access in safe, secure location

Hi it was fake car space There was no such car park I’m disappointed with this It caused me lots of stress and issue because it was my daughter graduation and I was late at graduation.

The car park wasn't available because the owner gave the fob to a neighbor and did not cancel booking

It's a very secure space

The owner got back quickly with the instructions when we arrived and we felt safer leaving the car in a locked car park rather than one of the overpriced city ones. Once you've mastered the lock box, everything was fine and everything was as we'd left it on picking up the car. Thanks.

Arrived at address given to recieve fob to access paid parking space. Neighbour allowed access to communal area. No response from flat 1. Waited 15 mins after agreed time. Sent email to addressee, no response. Had to find alternative parking.

What a fantastic app - cheap and convenient parking which was secure.

We were supposed to get a fob. The lady in question was rude, patronizing and even swore at me. She repeatedly made personal comments about me. She made comments about my ability to learn and follow instructions and did not give proper instructions. She did not give me the fob telling me that did not trust me with it. I had to wait for her and thus got late

All good - would use again.

Owner was super helpful and responsive even at a very inconvenient time in the night, thank you.
