Peacehaven Avenue, M11

When I arrived someone was parked already. I tried to call customer service but no one was answering. I knocked on the door of the property and the owner said it is his car and he will move it so I can park. I am not sure he was aware about booking.

Great spot ideal for being able to access the Co-Op Live arena. Host was very helpful and very friendly. Would 100% recommend

Though the owner explained how to find his driveway, I arrived just to find that he had booked the space to another two people. These two cars were already in the space, who, according to the owner would be leaving earlier than me and so I was instructed to park in between them allowing them space to leave before me. However, as I reversed into the driveway, I barely had room to swerve the other cars (I only drive a Polo so it's not like my car is that big). Additionally, the so called driveway is more like a front garden, so it wasn't paved and it was just a patch of grass. It became clear that when it rains it becomes muddy, and it was impossible for me to move my car back to the space where I was instructed to leave it. At one point, I had to ask the passengers who were in the car with me to leave just so I could get the car back into the road, as it was stuck in there for a while and I thought I would've had to call a tow to get it out. I'm not sure how three cars would have managed to fit in that space, regardless of the mud situation. This space is barely fit for purpose for one car, let alone three. I would recommend avoiding this listing.

Lovely and friendly owner, came out and showed me where to park. Brilliant spot for coop live, well lit route to walk to and from the venue. Would recommend :)

Great spot off the street down a drive way, 25 minute walk to Co-Op LIVE. The owners car was at the side so we left space for them to leave and knocked on the door to check. A sign of where to park exactly may be helpful but we checked by knocking.

Parking space and direction for finding it I found it was easy! And very convenient. Owner was great with communication! Upon arrival as requested by the owner was to contact him to find out which space I should park the car on the garden. While trying to make the call to the owner at the time. I was parked on the main road and calling the owner until A hostile lady pulled up next to us outside on the road coming across very aggressive saying I was in her space. Which took me by surprise because I wasn't expecting such an approach. Which I would of moved but her attitude / hostility wasn't needed from her Just be aware where you are parking on the main Road to make any arrangements with the owner. Lady went to the house at the back of the garden Which made me felt uneasy with leaving the car after that encounter But apart from that garden/owner was easy to find and deal with

The photos and description were spot on and the owner was really friendly and helpful. Would definitely use again

Great spot for attending the Coop Live arena , plenty of space , owner was friendly , felt safe walking back in the dark , would use again

Was perfect, nice quiet area, nice walk to co-op live arena, no mither at all, turned up parked down the driveway enabling them to still get in n out if needed. Would definitely do again

First time user. Booked easy enough. Found parking spot with help of useful picture from confirmation email. Owner messaged me to confirm and advise. Very helpful and pleasant. Would definitely use again. Thank you
