Good location for Etihad stadium.
Be warned, there is no dropped curb on one half of the drive. This will be an issue for low cars. Even my Audi A3 scraped the curb underneath due to this.

We parked on a private driveway the owner was very welcoming fifteen minute walk to the venue missing all the cingestion leaving the stadium and the price was fantastic recomend this form of parking to anyone .
