Straight in, straight out, no issues, great parking

My daughter very kindly booked tickets to the Opera House in Manchester for my birthday. We felt it was easier to drive for about 45/60mins than get the train, so unreliable and unsure when performance ended. I googled parking near the theatre and signed up with Just Park. It was quick and easy, no fuss. Car park very close to the theatre. Fabulous directions and picture of entrance to help. On arrival plenty of spaces, not cramped on top of car next to us. So easy. We enjoyed the journey show and arrived home with peace of mind car was safe and no nasty unsuspecting parking tickets. Will most definitely use Just Park again and recommend to family and friends Thank you

Overall good car park

Sat nav was confusing, limited parking space, lift didn't work, positive was very close to destination and no damage to vehicles, felt secure, and convenient. Overall not bad at all, stairs clean, no odours you might expect, overall if you can do 14 flights of stairs no problem, however no use for wheelchair users.

Location was very good, entry and exit fine. City centre car park so, small spaces are expected. The lift being out of order was annoying.
