New Elm Road Car Park

WARNING TO OTHERS - Booked on line the night before and turned up to be told there was no space to park. Really not acceptable service and was also told how Justpark have made lots of money from this as trying to get a refund is difficult. Basically robbing people as no parking available when you arrive but no refund either. The parking attendant did manage to find us a space but we had to wait and was then late for the event we had traveed to. He advised to not use this service with just park as he knows lots of issue other car parks have had as they do not get the information.

Finding the place was a challenge but once got there was great

the parking space felt really dodgy and edgy and unsafe. We were actually lucky to even find a space at the New Elm Road car park in M3 4PW as there were lots of parents and cars waiting to pick up and drop off people to the martial arts class happening in one of the garage spaces. The entrance booth was shut down with loads of grafitti and it made us feel very unsafe leaving the car and it took the edge off the show we were going to see, because we were worried about leaving the car through out. It wasn't cheap either we ended up paying £17+ after the booking fee and everything. Could have parked on the street and it would have felt safer.

Apparently it's first come first served with no guarantee of a space. I had to park on a muddy corner - the only option. Attendant was pleasant but made it clear I was "lucky" to get in. Never parking there again.

Very poor experience. Metal shutter was open when we arrived to the car park and assumed we could park in there. Returned to the car after concert had finished at Aviva studios to find the shutter closed and locked with no staff on site. No phone nunber to call the car parking company, only a security company who contacted the car parking company, fortunately someone came out to assist and open the shutter but this was late at night. Car parking company itself has no lighting, had to use phone torches as it was very dark inside. Limited car parking spaces outside of the car park. Will not be retuning.

Great place and close to venue. Hard to get out after concert as it is a side road.

Perfect car park. Booking was super easy but we arrived 4 hours later than planned due to travel issues and I couldn't find a way to let anyone know. But the guy that welcomed us was funny and friendly and it was no problem. Easy access for the Aviva, meaning we could queue for a concert and bring things we didn't need anymore back to the car a little later. Would highly recommend and would book again in future :)
