Car parking space is in a safe neighbourhood and has easy access, I have a large vehicle and it fitted with ease.
I had booked parking until 11pm for an event at the COOP arena which finished later than I expected causing me to overstay and I had no 5G in the arena. I left the space at 11:40 and hope by booking an extra hour when I got outside at 11:10, to cover the extra time that this was acceptable as I didn't want to leave the land owner at a loss.
I would use this space again and it was reasonably priced too.

Would 100% recommend. Very easy to find and park and a short well lit walk from the co op live. Took approx 15 mins to walk back and missed all the traffic as very close to the main road.
