My property offers a double parking space that is in a popular location for football and cricket fans. I am Next to Trafford Park train station and only Short walk away from Old Trafford Football ground.
The spaces are on a lovely quiet new housing development, with no trouble or crime that I am aware of. But in any case I have CCTV covering the driveway

Easy to find
Convenient location perfect for Old Trafford, approx. 20 mins walk to the ground.

A friendly homeowner and a nice closed off area which allowed for a safe space to park. I left my car parked in confidence which is what you need.
There is one thing to note however, and it has nothing to do with the homeowner but more location related especially if you are an anxious and safety-concerned walker. Just be careful of using the nearby canal passageway if you are hoping to use it to get across to Trafford Park amenities as it is unlit and can be slightly unnerving walking through especially as it gets dark earlier now. Avoid and use lit roads but that will double your walking journey time.
