Drive outside my house. Excellent location close to all the major sporting facilities, Old Trafford (Manchester United) Lancashire Cricket club (where the ashes where held). These are a 5 -10 minute walk away. It is close to Stretford tram stop for easy access to the city centre. Parking is expensive in all these areas.
