Was going to Red Roses vs Wallaroos up in Salford. Got the email with directions and looked at booking parking on the Thursday night, game being on the Saturday.
Looked at booking at ground, link was clickable but on clicking through space was not available. Ok.. Went to next closest at the Airfield, advertised for £12.00 on clicking through ended up paying £17.50.. Time of slot was 12:30 - 18:00.
On the Friday received an email when at work, that due to another event the slot time had been changed to 14:00 to 18:00..
Friday evening due distance we were travelling didn't want an arrival time that close to kick off, all sorts of issues can happen on the journey..
Looked at other options, eventually found one for £5.95 would have been a longer walk, but we are happy enough walking..
So looked at changing the booking, can't refund as an event booking, couldn't find an option to change it.. Raised a ticket with support.. At this point on Sunday after the game still no response..
Got left with the booking made on the Thursday so drove up early and had to find something to do for 2 hours before the parking slot would open.. Meant missed team arrival and spent money elsewhere rather than the Fan village..
The only reason this is a 2 star rather than a 1. On arrival at the parking, was very efficient. Vehicle Reg scanned and sent to another marshal for parking.

Received an email saying couldn’t park at the designated place less than 24 hours before the event started couldn’t find alternative so waited till the stated time and got in event late

Did what it said on the tin, would have been 5* but for the change in time the day before from arriving from 12-30 to 2 pm which made it more difficult to get to the game on time as my father in law who was 80 today is a slow walker and had to try walk too fast because of the change.
