As described. 15-20mins walk to Etihad. The gate takes a little bit of muscle to move but other than that all good!

Good location for Man city stadium, I felt it was very safe and secure. Space was just about big enough for my 1 series bmw. 1 downside is the gates were difficult to open/close.
