Surrounding area is permit only parking on the street so stays quiet and is really easy to get away after big gigs/matches.
Etihad stadium is visible from the drive and just a couple of mins walk down one straight road. There's a corner shop on the way too to pick up an ice cream or a couple of cans on the way!
National Velodrome also at the end of the road.
Tram stop (Clayton Hall) nearby for the Metrolink - just a few minutes walk too.

Excellent place to park for the Ethiad. Stadium is about 10-15mins walk away and can be seen from the driveway. After the game I was heading to the M62 via Oldham and completely avoided any after match traffic, which no doubt I would have got caught up in if I had parked nearer the stadium. Emma was able to answer any queries and was quick to respond. I would most definitely use this space again.

This parking space was ideal for visiting the Etihad stadium on match day! Emma was there to meet us and was a delight to deal with. The driveway was spacious enough to reverse into. Only about 15 mins walk to the stadium - easy to find and on our exit to the North East it was ideal to get ahead of the majority of the matchday traffic - Many thanks Emma. We would highly recommend this car space / host x
