Admittedly this is a fiddly parking spot and I did get stuck in the one way system. That said, the instructions are great amd I felt so safe leaving my car there. not only is it locked away, I saw a security guard both when leaving it and picking it up. Will use this spot again if im in Manchester again.

Very secure and safe space to park, quite easy to find. Space was a little on the narrow size but my car is pretty big and fit fine. A little confusion with the fob not being left at times but the owner resolved problems quickly and efficiently with good communication.

We didnt use the parking space in the end, due to circumstances, but prior to that the owner very informative and quick to respond.
