Fantastic location. We were at an event at Heaton Park, around a 25 min direct walk. Car park was secure and lit. Easy to find and informative. Larger vehicles may find it difficult to manoeuvre out of spaces if car park was full, although the other cars seemed to cover both of their bays so it appeared that the car parking is usually quite empty as 8 bays available for 4 properties so lots of spare space.
