A prime spot approx 3 minutes walk from the gates to the Etihad Stadium just across the road and about 5 minutes walk to the Manchester CO OP arena, there are gates on the drive to close the car in, the gates will be open for you to drive in. The drive is big enough for bigger cars to park on and get out of easily if you drive on and reverse off despite what some reviews say. It is 2 minutes walk to the bus stop into Manchester town centre.

Very convenient location for COOP Live arena, 5 minute walk.
As previously stated on the small side our BMW 3 series is about the limit for fit.
Well organised by Just Park no issues.

I was sceptical when I knew it was on someone's drive but would definitely do this again. So close to venue and easy to access .

The Parking Space was just OK in size for my vehicle. I have a fiesta which is a small car, larger vehicles would struggle to park.

Excellent space for getting to the Etihad Stadium; you can literally see the stadium from the driveway. My Kuga was fine for the space...

Great location. Space is tight as per other comments. We were in a Tesla which fitted with the mirrors up. Driver had to climb over to get out, as you need to reverse in using care.
