Parking on Hartwell Close, M11

Easy to reserve the parking space, and my car was secure!

Great location easy to find and walking distance to stadium

It was in the best place no concerns finding the address, however. I feel the person that offered his driveway was just very greedy and packed his driveway with lots of cars so we were unable to leave until everyone had arrived back, which is not ideal

Experience was really easy to use and communication was good and process 5 stars. I’ve taken a star off so we were last to park on the drive (luckily) and were the first back so get away with no problems. Had we been one of the cars further back, we would have had to wait for the other drivers to also return to their cars before we could have got on the road. Other than that all was brilliant.

Simon’s parking space was in a great location and really easy to find. He was very accommodating and helpful with instructions, making the whole process smooth and stress free. Would definitely park here again.

I was a little worried about being able to get out as we needed to leave early but Simon was really responsive and helpful, and there in person to make sure it all went smoothly

I booked this and received a text from the owner on the day (too late to cancel the booking) that there is multiple cars booked at this property and that there would be “plenty of room”. I had no choice but to accept this as I stated was too late to cancel and find alternative parking. The text was “ Hi, this is Simon. You have paid to park on my drive for the football. I should be there when you arrive, but if not, please, can you park as far to the back of the drive as possible, using the grass on the left or the main path if the grass is full. I am expecting 7 cars today, but it's a big drive, so there's plenty of room for everyone. Any problems give me a shout.” I requested a spot on the drive that would be accessible to leave the driveway as I knew I would be back early to my booking, when we arrived back we had been blocked in and had no way of getting out due to the size of the cars and the amount of cars on a drive. I booked this parking for a driveway not parking on the grass. I have used just park multiple times and never had any problems until today and now worry about using the app again due to false advertisement and false promises.

Great spot!! Has a short chat with the owner and he seemed lovely! Would definitely park again and would recommend!

Parking space was fine but it was advertised as a ten minute walk to the venue when in fact it was a 31 minute walk away !!!!
