When exiting I had to speak to the attendant through intercom as instructed, pressed the button, spoke to the attendant, gave the Just Park Ref No. , they asked for the account name which I then stated, and there was no response. I called to the intercom " Hello, are you there?" No reply. The barrier was already raised anyway during this brief conversation so I drove away. Hopefully that's an end to this episode. Otherwise - great city centre location, easy to access, and value for money.

Directions to space take you to a different car park, ended up with a £60 fine despite thinking I'd paid. It needs pictures to make it clearer.

Good parking space near to the Victoria station and AO arena.

No one available in the office to validate my ticket so ended up paying twice.
Not ideal for late bookings.

no doubt , I will use printwork car parking next time, it is convenient and close to shudehill bus station finally the staff , 24/7 ready to help when you ask them through intercom .

need money back as when came to leave could put code in and they charged us £7.50. you charged us over £25 for 24hrs. Will provide proof ASAP in order to get refund from you as advised by Lynn. thanks Jennie

A great car park. Clean and felt very secure because you need your parking ticket to rven get back into the building. Very pleasant and helpful staff too! ❤️
