I have uploaded a screenshot of google map and show on it, two ways of which can help to get to Joie stadium(women) and the Etihad stadium(men).
The blue line: Turn right after you have parked your car, on to Greenside Street then turn left on to Clayton Lane then right on to Wilson street, then turn right using the footpath to get on to main road Alan Turing Way, few steps away you are at the West gate of the Joie Stadium. From here the Etihad stadium should be at viewing distance.
Walking time 10-15mins.
The red line: Turn right after you have parked your car then turn right on to Clayton Lane, then left on to Croft Street next turn left on Ashton New Road and after few steps you have arrived at Joie Stadium on your left, and further down the road, the Etihad Stadium should be in viewing distance.
Walking time 10-16mins.

Great location, only 10 minutes walk from the etihad so it's ideal for event days. No issues with finding the address or safety and it also avoids getting stuck in the traffic from the etihad after concerts etc. Would park here again.

Great space on a private driveway. Easy to get to and safe. Would use again when we go another concert at the Etihad stadium as the walk is not too far away and very easy to get away ...we didn't get stuck in any of the traffic. Would recommend.
