Space description
The space is big enough to fit various type of vehicles.
I have uploaded a screenshot of google map and show on it, two ways of which can help to get to Joie stadium(women) and the Etihad stadium(men).
The blue line: Turn right after you have parked your car, on to Greenside Street then turn left on to Clayton Lane then right on to Wilson street, then turn right using the footpath to get on to main road Alan Turing Way, few steps away you are at the West gate of the Joie Stadium. From here the Etihad stadium should be at viewing distance.
Walking time 10-15mins.
The red line: Turn right after you have parked your car then turn right on to Clayton Lane, then left on to Croft Street next turn left on Ashton New Road and after few steps you have arrived at Joie Stadium on your left, and further down the road, the Etihad Stadium should be in viewing distance.
Walking time 10-16mins.

Space was easy to find and easy to access. Not too far from the co op live with 2 small children. Would definitely use again if we ever needed too. Thank you again!

Thank you for hiring out your drive.
It was a great parking space, was able to fit my car perfectly onto the driveway with no issues.
Location was easy to find and also within walking distance to Co-op live. A nice walk towards the canal and took approximately 25mins which wasn’t too bad.

Plenty of free street parking, but wasn't sure how safe my car would be on the road, so glad to park on a driveway.

Oliver B22nd September 2025
Used for an event at Co-op Live. About a 20-25 minute walk (with kids) so not super close, but enough distance that we didn't get caught in major traffic getting home.
Plenty of room for our car (A6 estate).
Would use again
