The driveway is Gated, it’s best to reverse in.
Cctv covers it across the road and at the side,, also ring door bell, and it’s well lit nice area. Literally across the rd from ethihad. 9 min walk.
Bus stop across the road into the city centre, also metro link at ethihad and Uber all really cheap into city centre.
Booze busters is a 2 min walk
McDonald’s, starbucks and Asda superstore are approx a15 min walk on Alan Turing way infront of the co-op arena, ethihad (toilet etc),
New Islington marina is about 20 min walk or approx 5mins on the bus- cafes,bars.
Also u can walk down the canal into the city centre about 30mins. Google - Rochdale canal into Manchester .

Great spot to park for football at the Etihad Stadium. Good space to accommodate your vehicle and felt secure. Took about 12 minutes leisurely walk to get to the stadium entrance. The owner was just going out when we arrived and even offered to drop us off at the stadium. We were happy to walk but it was a kind offer. Would definitely recommend this location.

I give this rating 5 stars. Very close to COOP arena, good pricing, it was easy to get out and didn’t take no long than 5/10 minutes to get out of Manchester. Parking space was spacious and safe. Would highly recommend and suggest to others.
