Cctv covers it across the road and it’s well lit nice area. Literally across the rd from ethihad. Bus stop across the road into centre metrolink st ethihad and Uber all really cheap into city centre.
Id advise to reverse into drive way also .
McDonald’s and Asda superstore 15 min walk on Alan Turing way.
New Islington marina is about 20 min walk or approx 5 on bus- cafes,bars.
Also u can walk down the canal into the city centre about 30mins. Google - Rochdale canal into Manchester .
2 cars can fit in drive if travelling together for extra charge for additional car .

Parked for football. Absolutely lovely lady even drove me back into Manchester to meet up with friends. About a 15 -20 minute walk from ground

Fantastic spot for the Etihad Stadium, 5-10 min walk at most. I was travelling north after game and very easy and quick to get out. Would definitely use again. Owner very polite.
