Parking on Clarendon Street, M15

Find the place very easy the drive isn’t that wide if you have a big car

this is not a car park !!!!. Is parking on the road, no cctv monitoring, nothing .... Better mention this before

Unfortunately I did not have a great experience. I booked my car space, not knowing it’s someone driveway in Manchester. It wasn’t clear. It said in the email- when you have problem contact “Victoria” (space owner) There was nobody at home, no phone number… I was late for my meeting and wasn’t sure where to park. I ended park on the road, outside the house and when I come back- I got ticket. I rang the office, but they said it’s out of their hands and they will try to contact the owner. Nobody helped me in this case, I didn’t get a refund for my “car park” space that I never used plus I got £35 fine. It was very expensive “car park” for me. Will not use again

Exactly as advertised, can't fault it, less than 10 minute walk into town!

Ease of booking and directions

I was concerned from the description whether my car would fit the entrance to the driveway but booked anyway and messaged the space owner with my car width to check. Having had no response a week before the booking date I messaged again but still heard nothing. I then contacted Just Park who messaged the owner and assured me I could have a refund if I cancelled 24h before the parking time. Still heard nothing! In the end I risked it and the car fit with a few cm to spare each side without needing to pull in the wing mirrors. If it helps my car width is about 198cm with the mirrors out.

Spot on, the space is a bit tight, so probably no good for larger 4x4 like a Ford Ranger or L200 etc, but we knew this so went in a standard size car, no trouble whatsoever. We were staying at the Hyatt less than a 10 min walk away. Perfect for the Manchester Uni, Manchester Academy side of Manchester. Would definitely use again.

I was given the wrong address for the drive parking site…we were told 39 Clarendon Street, couldn’t find the relevant driveway, but found free street parking nearby ( after 6 p.m). On coming back to the car later on, we by chance found 39 Clarendon Court, with empty driveway noted. Rubbish service

it looks like the home owner may have mobility challenges so I made sure my vehicle was parked right back to the house so there was clearance at the entrance to allow passage for the owner to get in and out. if this is correct, then it would be wise to make a note for all users to park that way
