Bridgewater Street Car Park

Very very difficult to park your car in any of the bays here. You have cars blocking you in near the entrance/exit meaning I've scraped my Mercedes all across the side due to the tight car spacing here. Wouldn't recommend leaving your car here, not a very safe place or a easy to park location!

Not good no parking spaces so had to use an other place to park

car park was full no space available until I rebooked at another car park .then someone left I then took the available space.my booking then cost me more money at a space I already booked 2 weeks ago

I booked the space 2 weeks ago however when upon arrival the car park was full I rang the helpline.i was rebooked to a car park about a mile away .then someone moved so the second booking when cancelled.i had to then rebook to stay in the original car park and pay more money than my original booking.i am being refunded £8 from £8 79 then when I rebooked for a space in a car park I was already at I had to pay £10.49 .the company must know how many spaces they have and why was my original booking not available and was a live booking

Turned up to parking lot and it was full. Refund was given the next day when I called, hence the two stars

Great . Very easy to use site , great location . Apart from someone tried to take my space until I informed him I had already booked . Will definitely use again

This small car park is ideal for Castlefield Bowl, when we arrived a car was trying to exit the inside area, a car had parked in the entrance and it was extremely tight to get past. I have a large car and did manage to get in but had to close my wing mirrors and had to be guided in. I wouldn't choose this car park again. Inside is not ideal for a big car as not a lot of room for manoeuvre.

Not a bad price to park in Manchester, close to the place I was visiting. But the space was tiny, cars packed in - real risk to damage of mine and other vehicles. Ground in appalling condition, VERY bad on tyres. I would not use Bridgewater St car park again

There wasn’t enough space to park, and be able to get out of the car (or let my neighbour get into their car), so I left the car sticking out. There was no sign to say not to park across a shutter (which was closed). It took me ages to get straight enough not to be in anyone’s way, and we missed one of the performances because of this (if I hadn’t have had people with me, it would’ve been impossible). Given the circumstances, I parked as responsibly as I possibly could. However, I came back to an abusive note and a deep scratch on the door of my car. In future, may I suggest that you don’t sell spaces which don’t exist. I am really unhappy about the whole situation.

Booked a slot but no allocation in the carpark, had to squeeze past really badly parked cars to find a "space". They shouldn't be listing this car park (Bridgewater Street Car Park, Manchester) and I wouldn't use JustPark again at the risk that they are taking bookings for carparks where they could be full when you get there.
