....perfect for me - clean, tidy and adequate sized parking spaces ! Thanks - I wanted a parking spot relatively close to Manchester Academy that was not going to be a nightmare to leave after the gig and this proved to be perfect... Gated security and loads of free space to choose from - although the gate was not shut I felt the parking was adequate as it was in a residential area and off the street - even so, I took out the optional insurance offered by Just Park to cover my Insurance excess in the event of any issues Will definitely look at using this owner again when seeing gigs in the area

Fantastic price, close to university and very east to find. Will use again.

Both security gates were wide open, so no code was needed. This was a compromise on security, I guess, but the car was fine when we got back to it. It would have helped if the directions specified to park in the inner car park (beyond the second gate) rather than us have to work that out by reading previous reviews. Ideally located for visiting Manchester Met Open Day. Thanks!

I was taking my granddaughter to Manchester university for an open day and the parking space/location was ideal, only a 10min walk away.
