This car parking space is a scam. Another vehicle in the spot, house owner told us to park next to their vehicle to only come back to the vehicle later on being padlocked behind the gate by the neighbour demanding we pay £30 to get our vehicle out of the gates. The property owner then denying having this space up for booking on here. Clearly a scam!!

Great space, 10-15 mins walk to Co-op Live or Etihad. Was perfect for us and didn't hit any traffic after. would definitely use again

Booked this parking for a concert at the Co-op. The space was easy to find and only a 10 minute walk to the arena. The gates and fencing not shown in the photograph do make parking tight, so be aware if you own a larger vehicle. I own a Mercedes B-Class and managed to park but it was tight opening car doors.
The car was safe, love the addition of insurance just incase, and the walk was well lit. We weren't stuck in any traffic when we left and I absolutely would book again when visiting the Co-op arena.

Location easy to find and it was about 13 minutes ( if you walk at a good speed) to the arena which was great.
Other comments mentioned it was a narrow space. It was due to the gates, if you have a big car it may be more of an issue.
The space was on an estate and walking back through at night felt unsafe with lots of gangs of hooded youths.

Super easy to get in and out for a concert at the Co-op. The space was easy to find and only a short walk to the arena. The car was safe and the walk was well lit.
We weren't stuck in any traffic when we left and absolutely would book again.

Great location and a few minutes walk to the football stadium, only issue is the space is extremely tight and I have an average size car, not suitable for any larger cars.
