Parking on Ashton New Road, M11

Came to park here a second time yesterday and its very easy to find and the owner is so friendly and so incredibly helpful when it comes to finding a place to park. Im not the best at parking, especially when being watched but the owner guides you through parking and makes it so much easier. The staff there are very friendly and helpful. Also them playing the music from the concerts that have just been on is amazing ahaha! Thank you guys so much! Definitely wont be using any other parking places when i want to go to the arena.

After reading the bad reviews about parking at the chip shop on the way to the football, I decided to call ahead to make sure I had a space and wouldn’t have to find alternative parking when I arrived. I was reassured over the phone that there would be a space as I had pre-booked. On arrival, the car park was absolutely rammed and I couldn’t even get into it. I went into the chip shop to speak to someone, only to be met by an extremely rude man who told me they were full and that I would have to find somewhere else to park — despite the fact that I had specifically called in advance and been assured I had a space. Luckily, there was a car park on what appeared to be a school field next to the chip shop, offering event parking for £15 — half of what I had already paid the chip shop. The lady on the gate there was extremely friendly and helpful. She even apologised for the way the chip shop had treated me and told me that numerous other people had arrived with exactly the same problem, saying they had pre-booked but been turned away because the car park was full. She said this happens regularly and that the chip shop routinely overbooks the parking. Whether or not that is the case, it certainly matched my experience today and explains why there were so many people struggling to park. If you are considering this car park for an event at the stadium or Co-op Live, I would strongly recommend avoiding it. Save yourself the hassle, the extra cost and the stress of arriving at an event only to be told your pre-booked space doesn’t exist. The car park next door was cheaper, the staff were friendly and, unlike the chip shop, they actually helped when we needed somewhere to park.

Arrived at location and couldn’t get in because spaces had gone and people were stood blocking entrance. No staff around.

Booked on the day of the concert, simple booking process and 5 min walk to the venue. Absolutely top draw

Brilliant, 2min walk to event and price was fantastic.

Car park was easy to find with SatNav. However, had to drive through the middle of the Chip shop queue to get access to parking space. This was the same experience when trying to exit the car park. Unfortunately the side road was closed for an hour after the concert finished which wasn’t stated on the car park advert. A lot of very unhappy people.
