Easy parking for Etihad - little bit of a walk but no problem and avoided traffic Good communication in advance - texted me straight away to let me know I should just park straight on the drive on arrival, which was appreciated

Perfect space for the Etihad Stadium, just 25 minute walk. Easy to find and safe, off road parking. Easy route back out onto main road, so no long hold ups in traffic at end of the game.

Brilliant parking spot for the Ethiad Stadium. 30 minute walk and after the concert has finished it's a well lit route as there are lots of other cars going in the same direction. Brilliant contact with space owner and would definitely recommend.

Beforehand I had good communication with the guy through email and I was told to park behind a Nissan which was just parked on the street. When I tried to ring to see if it was ok to park on the drive his phone number was not recognised and there was nobody home when I knocked on the door so i parked begind the Nissan on the street. So basically we payed £10 to park on the street which we could have done for free. Which is a shame as I had read a good review about the guy. I wouldn't use again and would just search housing estates near the stadium and park for free if I go again!!

Good sized private drive with gate and about 20/30 mins walk to Etihad.Very straightforward onto Oldam Rd A62 after the match.Good communication from Dave (owner).
