Parking on Amberley Drive, M23

The app is very temperamental and had loads of glitches. I had tiring customer service several times to find out if my booking was confirmed. It turns out that my booking was confirmed but despite me giving accurate dates of dropping off and collecting, I was charged for 2 extra months as apparently I had opted for a rolling contract. I definitely didn’t do this intentionally and if you give drop off and collection dates why did it default to a rolling contract. I even told the owner of the parking space this, plus he knew I had taken the car and could have cancelled this “rolling contract status “ but instead used the platform which doesn’t work, to tell me to cancel or I would get charged more. I’m not sure if he knew I wouldn’t get the message as he knew I had problems with the app and even reversed a cancellation for me which had been done previously by me by mistake. So not sure if the app is naff or deliberately designed to make things hard for you and be overcharged and/or if the parking site owner is in cahoots with the firm and just takes advantage of these massive glitches. Either way I paid for 2 extra months that my car was not even parked at the site. The company said I would have to contact the parking space owner for a refund but despite the owner having my personal details (email and phone number) no attempt has been made to contact me and refund me for the extra two months I was unnecessarily charged for

Great driveway to park. Lovely property owner with great communication. Super handy to travel to the airport. Definitely will book again in the future!
