Parking on Albert Street, M11

The lady that runs the parking spot l booked rang me the night before to advise me on the best route to get to the place, due to road closures. When l got there it was a little spot tucked around a corner.but she saw me coming and park up looking a bit confused and came out to me to tell me where to drive to get to it (just had to go round the back of some houses) She was really helpful and was there again when we went back to the car. It's only a small parking area but l would definitely recommend it due to the service she provided.

Great parking space for the Etihad. The lady who owned the space helped everyone park and also came out at the end of the concert to help direct cars out. Would use again. Thank you

Roads had been cordoned off making access to property difficult, on a positive owner did message to advise and offer alternative route. Multiple cars parked on approach pavements making area single lane and gridlocked. Actual space suitable for approximately 6 cars but 14 parked in total. Felt high risk of damage to car when trying to manoeuvre car into and out of space. Scrub land area with brambles had to be backed into in order to exit. Definitely over subscribed parking area. Would not recommend and would not use again. Property and area was not as expected.

The owner was great at communicating and guiding you to the space. She was friendly and I felt safe leaving my car there. Would definitely use again.

Sue was fab very helpful & was there when i arrived. Space was good & very easy to find. A few min walk to the stadium & very easy to get out after it had finished. Thanks Sue x

Sue was so helpful from beginning to end. Gave us a call the day before to help with directions, and helped us get in when we actually arrived. Only a few minutes walk from the stadium!

Excellent site, 5 mins from the Etihad Stadium. Easy access in and out. Sue was a very friendly host and nice to meet her when we arrived. Would definitely use again.
