West Car Park - Standard (Event)

Having got the App on my phone with confirmation / pass showing , l was stopped on the approach into carpark and asked to prove l had a pass. l didn't appear to be "on their system". This is SO annoying as it worked fine at the previous match. l know of other people who had the same problem yesterday.

First time we’ve used and everything went OK on the day

Easy to book. Staff very helpful over a quirey we had.

Very easy to use, definitely use them again

Pre paid and just drove in .number plate scanned on way in.

Easy to book.

The parking booking system was ok but I wanted parking close to the Corpaq rugby ground near Manchester. The arrival was seamless but when exiting the car park there was no-one controlling traffic and I was sat in a queue to get out for over 40 minutes. There needs to be some staff to control the flow of traffic on the exit (along with the park and ride buses to the Trafford Centre).

Got to park actually at the match which was great

Parking on arrival was great. Exit was glacially slow

Being a blue badge holder even though I couldn’t get a disabled parking bay it was good to get parking close to the stadium and for free. The booking process was reasonably straightforward and easy to book. The only criticism is that there were very few people ensuring a flow out of the car park. I understand that pedestrians need to be able to get away too and safely but vehicles were not being allowed to go even when no pedestrians were walking past the exit! Otherwise it was great to be able to park close by and so be able to attend this event.
