I am not happy with this booking. I tried to contact someone by the telephone and had no Joy there. We've been on a two week cruise so now I'm trying to get a refund for this. I had to park somewhere else using Just park so it cost me £190 almost. I want somebody to be in touch as I have also tried to fill in a refund form and I've had no response.

It was good to be kept up to date with the information ongoing.
My only comment to improve is to have your designated area for parking clearly signposted. I felt unsure whether I was in the correct area.

You know you can park when getting there. As we did try the railway station car park at one time before booking with Just Park, and it was full!!!
