Instructions about parking in the lower, not upper, car park was confusing. As there were two parking areas together (each with at least 2 car spaces)on the hill, I assumed it referred to the lower one, until I saw the signs indicating it was the neighbours one. Only by walking uphill past the guest house, did I find the upper one they mentioned. I then realised I needed to park in the upper of the two parking areas

We were so glad we booked this space. It is easy to find if you follow the instructions with enough room for two cars and easy to reverse into. we needed It for all day so It was well worth the price and is a about a 10 mins walk to the seafront with a steep hill for a short part but that's the same everywhere in Lyme unless you are lucky enough to find one of the very rare spots in the bottom car parks and don't mind paying a fortune!

I tried repeatedly to add the car park code in the app but continuously got an error message. So I selected car park using the map. Turns out the dot I selected was the road rather than car park. The road is also called woodmead but is owned privately. On return I had received a parking fine so ending up paying more than twice. Please use different names to more clearly distinguish car park. A nasty shock for a visitor to Lyme.
