Parking was easy to find and accessible, we received confirmation of our booking on the app and by email, please see below. However, no payment has yet been taken and we're concerned we will receive a parking charge despite confirmation of our booking and receipt of invoice.

What a performance. Ticket machine not working so had to use the QR code. Went through the whole perlava of registering and paying. Only after I have paid £8 something I noticed I had incorrectly put in the registration number slightly wrong. Spent ages on phone to get it changed, but told to cancel the booking and redo with obviously the correct number. Did this do now £16+ out of pocket and the most impossible details to try and get a refund. I will in future try to avoid these carparks. Might be fine in London, but in sleepy Dorset not practical
