Good location close to the airport

Super easy. Much cheaper than places I had been looking at. Easy 10 mins walk to airport. Was able to easily extend my parking time when we arrived a little earlier than planned.

It was easy to book at a convenient venue, near to Luton Airport and the price was great but the car park was very full and I had to park against a curb.

It was very convenient to park.

There were no spaces there on arrival which made me late to meet family at the airport on there arrival....Very disappointed!

Easy to find but finding a parking spot was tricky. As there were no bays to park, I had to park literally in front of reception. Overall would recommend, 10mins walk to the airport and easy to park for my big family car (KIA sportage)

**Awful customer service.** I booked a week's parking at a hotel through JustPark for a holiday. The day before my booking, my car unexpectedly became stuck in a garage for repairs, so I needed to use a like-for-like replacement vehicle instead. I appreciate that the confirmation email states that vehicle registrations cannot be changed. However, when I called customer services the day before my booking, I was disappointed by their complete lack of willingness to help. I was simply told to cancel and rebook, despite the car park showing as fully booked, leaving me at risk of losing my reserved space. No attempt was made by Just Park to contact the hotel or explore any alternative solution. I then had to contact the hotel directly myself, and they luckily confirmed I could change the registration on arrival. This however caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience just before my holiday. I also submitted a formal complaint and was promised a callback that same day, which never happened. Instead, I received an email 48 hours later that simply repeated what I'd already been told on the phone, without addressing my actual complaint or acknowledging that the hotel had resolved the issue.. Based on this experience, I would avoid JustPark if there's any chance you might need customer support. When everything goes smoothly, the service may be fine, but if something unexpected happens, don't expect them to help. I certainly won't be using them again and remain unconvinced that my complaint has been handled properly.
