Space description
We have 2 spaces located on Peartree Road in Luton, Bedfordshire. The spaces are big enough to fit an estate car / 4x4s. NO VANS PLEASE. The first space (Position A) is in front of the back gate. Please park as close to the right hand side fence as possible and in front of our bins. Leaving enough space to get our bins out.
The second space (Position B) is in front of the bay window at the front of the house.
If you arrive and there is a car already parked in one of the spaces then please park in the other space. Please do not block anyone in. Please text if need be & we will confirm which space to park in. Please see our photos.
We are close to London Luton Airport (3 miles, approx 10 mins taxi drive). We are also close to Thameslink Rail Services into London (approx 30 mins). We have Ring Door camera and also a camera that connects to our tv when motion is detected.
NO OIL LEAKS please as new driveway.

I have a BMW 4 Series convertible, and it fit perfectly on the driveway, which was spacious and well-maintained. The location was very easy to find, and the Ring doorbell added an extra sense of security.
The owner was lovely and extremely accommodating—I needed to adjust my arrival time by a couple of hours, and it was handled without any hassle or extra charge. She was also on-site both times, which was reassuring.
The airport is only about a 10 minute drive away, making it very convenient. I’d definitely park here again and would highly recommend this space
