It was very easy to find and book a parking space on line.
Our appointment was at hospital visiting time, so the car parks are always full.
Being able to use a private drive just across the road made everything less stressful.

I was called an hour before my parking was due to start to say I couldn't park on the driveway, which was booked and basically had to park to the side of the house which had narrow gates to manoeuvre through and that I would be blocked in until the end of my aprlong session. I had booked sufficient time to cover me for a hospital appointment that could have been 30 minutes or 2 hours and would have liked to have been able to leave when I was ready but i would have veen blocked in. This is not acceptable and very stressful right before a hospital appointment. I called Just Park to complain and they kindly credited me £5 to book another space and also requested a refund for the parking
