Owner didn't answer.
Poor tenant was unable to help.
There was no respond for a complaint apart from an automatic confirmation.
Refund was not completed.
I almost missed a flight because of this situation.

When I arrive at the spot there were two cars parked already and no space for me to park the car. I called the space owner multiple times but they didn't pick up. I ended up having to park at the airport which costs me much more money.

Absolutely disgraceful. Spent half an hour trying to park, only to find the garage blocked by another car. Couldn’t use the space I paid for and had to spend £250 at Luton Airport instead. On top of that, the owner even messaged me saying there are her neighbour’s belongings stored inside the garage – so I wasn’t sure before if ever my car would even fit. This place is a scam – NEVER park here.

The location is very good as you are a short walk away from the airport.
Unfortunately that morning no space was left for my vehicle to be parked. Had to park between two cars leaving no space to exit the vehicle. I had to ultimately use the boot of the car.

two weeks after canceling parking because there was no space I still haven't received a refund!!!!
