I wasn't sure which space to park in as the spaces were to the side of a shop. I went to ask in the shop and was told it is a SCAM as all of these spaces are owned by the shop. They tell me this has happened several times. I phoned Just Park who agreed to call me back in 2 hrs - I received no call back and no refund!

When I arrived my space was taken.
I tried to call the owner but call went straight to voicemail.
After a ‘heated discussion’ and time I managed to get the space that was meant to be allocated for me.
We then went to our concert which had already started.

We found space no problem, when we arrived carpark was full,
Shop informed us that carpark is theres, as it had a sign 20mins stay only
Its cameraed so didnt want a fine,
Showed that we had paid for space t9 shop who was suprised a space is being rented out,
9ther than that no issues
