There is a height restriction of 2.20meters, vans won’t be able to drive through the driveway that runs under the building.
The space is fit for small to medium-size vehicles. It runs along a low hedge on one side as per pictures, if you require a lot of space to open fully the doors/get large items out on driver side you could reverse-park otherwise this may not be the right space for you.
Please do make sure you are parking in the correct space as we've had a few mistakes happen and it's inconvenient for my neighbours. It is marked with the letter K in yellow paint. I have updated my policies and will request a picture to confirm you are in the right space.
Ideally located a few moments from the Town Hall, Church street, Clissold park or Clissold leisure centre.

The spot is very safe, in a residential section that has CCTV all over the Estate, with a camera that looks directly down Brackenfield Close. There is a community spirit there with neighbours looking out for each other, so it's a very safe environment.
The space itself is 16ft deep (5 meters approx) and 9ft wide (2.8 meters approx), so will fit larger cars / camper vans. To warn you, the turning can be slightly tight for larger vehicles, but if you take it slowly, you should be fine.
Please, when coming in, mind the wooden plant pot in front of the house. Some drivers haven't, and scratched their cars.
