Absolute disaster of a company, I have just received a parking notice for £60 from Lidl car park for the time that I reserved through JustPark. Please do not use this company. To make an appeal I was charged £9.99 and I dont even know if that will be the end of the scam. Do not use this company, they are a scam and you will be in debt from them. Stay AWAY from JUST PARK

BEWARE - You may be fined £100 to park here even with a JustPark booking. I paid to park my car for an entire day even though I only needed a couple of hours. I was then fined by the private parking company that owns the space and they're refusing to accept my just park booking confirmation. Park at your own risk.

Be careful JP should have shared my licence plate but evidently did not- I got a ticket 3 weeks later. Even though i still had 3 hours of paid parking unused.
Justpark was useless in negotiating with the parking company who rejected my appeal on no valid grounds.
the parking company withdrew and I won the final stage appeal via the regulatory body POPLA.

Great for the day, book and everything else was straightforward. One side note, I booked up to 23.30 and there were no warnings when booking that the car park gets closed off at 23.00, meaning I had to leave earlier than expected for an event, or get locked in and find accommodation for the night.
