Holiday Inn Kensington High Street Car Park

The car park attendant was really helpful, and a lovely guy. Put me at ease, and I would definitely use it again.

The booking was easy to make and when we arrived at the hotel the people where helpful and efficient. Emmanuel especially was very helpful. Will use this app again!

Parking was not available when we arrived despite pre booking.

This wasn't the convenient parking option you expect from JustPark - pulled up at the shutters and no one answered the intercom, thankfully I had a passenger who could run round to reception to ask someone to open the door. Once in the carpark is VERY small if you are not a confident driver DO NOT use this carpark. We also discovered that the parking meant blocking other cars in (that was an issue later on when we left) we parked up, and then spent 15 minutes trying to get out of the carpark - to use the lift you needed a room key, we obviously didnt have this so we were literally stuck in the basement as all doors were locked. Finally flagged down someone in a office, who used their card to let us out. We had to drop the keys to reception where we ended up having to push the queue as we were late for our reservation! Fast forward to when we collected the car - I asked the concierge to come down with us in case there was an issue, as it turns out I had been blocked in so he disappeared off to go and get the key. 10 minutes later he hadn't reappeared so i flagged down a maintenance guy who was able to give me access back up to reception. I was told they were trying to find the security person, who was the only person insured to drive other peoples cars. Another member of staff ended up moving the car, and was understandably not very happy as he was not insured and as mentioned before it was a tiny carpark to manoeuvre. I have used JustPark many times, and it has always been great but for convenience and ease this carpark does not tick those boxes

Superior customer service by the parking attendant. Very friendly and helpful. The entry and exit is a bit tight, but not a concern for a regular vehicle.

When arrived, I was told that there are no spaces available at the car park, and I was turned away. Had to look for an alternative parking.

Good value and very helpful staff at location. Easy to book. On arrival, Max, was great to help me park the car with easy access as I was using it on and off during my stay
