Holiday Inn Kensington High Street Car Park

It’s a great idea. Parking reservations in advance. Small drawback is other people’s parking making no space for anyone else in a very limited space. It was touch and go as to whether our little car could be accommodated and not terribly clear on where the space was, or if we were allowed to park where we did. We paid for a place at the Holiday Inn, Kensington underground car park. It was super crowded and if our car was any larger it just wouldn’t have worked.

The only negative here is that it's a tight space and you need to be good at parking/reversing, getting out of very tight spaces around other cars, unless you are happy to ask someone for help and to do it for you. Make sure you go to reception if no one is around and you need to leave promptly on time. We had to wait a little for the nice parking guys to return to help us get out. They sometimes need to park you in to make sure everyone fits. But everyone is very helpful and it feels very safe and secure and is super easy to find just under the hotel and shutters at the front next to main entrance and very reasonable charges.

The car was blocked when we wanted to leave. The valet was off with no backup or operating procedure. Neither the reception or the concierge seemed sufficiently concerned to help us. It took us 30 mn to find out that the car blocking us was the one of a member of the management of the hotel. Guys, if you cannot operate a parking then do not offer the service.

Simple to find, had to ring the bell twice for a reply. The entrance is tight for turning and manoeuvring, but overall the parking space was a good size. There was no-one there in the garage but the instructions are pretty clear and staff at reception were great. They did move my car while I was away but no problems. Great value for money.

We booked our parking in Kensington London to start at 3pm, we actually arrived at 8pm yet, the space was only just at that moment, being vacated so, had we arrived on time or at any point in the five hours following our booked arrival time, there would have been no-where to park! I notice Just Park have many reviews of this nature yet, they do nothing about their policies/procedures to improve or change the situation.

Safe and secure and ideal location to park and leave your car knowing it's secure. Staff are friendly and approachable. Highly recommend

When I arrived at Holiday Inn I was told that there was no parking space.

Premier inn Kensington lost the key to the car. They have not phoned today with any news of the key. Luckily we were carrying an additional set of keys so we could get home. Not impressed.

Easy of use to book suitable parking.

Can't fault it.
