Holiday Inn Kensington High Street Car Park

I had to wait for 40 minutes to get my car out of the garage when I returned this evening! I had to give my key in and my car was stuck behind another car so there was no way of me leaving. Apparently the parking attendant, duty manager etc were all off and it ended up being a chef moving the other customers' car and the hotel manager retrieving my key! I'm aware this is probably an anomaly but it seriously disrupted my evening and there's obviously a flaw in their operation of this garage. Garage itself is fine but would proceed with caution.

The gentleman in charge of the carpark was very helpful, accommodating and really lovely to deal with. I felt confident that my car was in good hands and safe.

Good parking space, well managed and car was safe, but it was further from my destination than I expected - it would help if there was accuracy there.

Pre booked and pre paid for Holiday Inn South Kensington parking for 4 days. On arrival was told, very bluntly, by the attendant that the car park was full, we'd have to find elsewhere and the hotel would refund the money already paid. After arguing for up to 10 minutes that this was pre paid and I WOULD take this parking, he relented and said he would find space. I checked with hotel reception who said it was very common that JustPark customers arrive to find no space despite pre booking. On return to collect the car, the attendant has LOST THE KEY! He searched and could not find my ticket number, he called his colleague who "couldn't remember" this car despite it being parked in clear sight of the office and despite our altercation on arrival. We had to go to the hotel to speak to a duty manager who could not be found for 10 minutes. Eventually a further search in the garage found the key behind a desk. This was after 30 minutes of worry. This service is sloppy, unprofessional, deceitful (no guarantee of a space despite taking your money) and the hotel staff have zero respect for your vehicle. The stress and strain this episode caused is beyond belief and beyond description. Avoid, avoid, avoid at all costs.

Great place!

First time using Just Park to book a specific location. It allowed me to book parking at the Holiday Inn Kensington for a spa day. Given the ease of the whole process, I will look to use Just Park again.

Well organised car park quite tight

Arrived & was told by the hotel receptionist that the car park was over booked & then they proceeded to tell me to park elsewhere & claim a refund back from just park. Eventually after a fuss they made room for my vehicle in a very cramped basement car park.

Travelled two and half hours to my pre-planned, booked and paid for parking only to be told the carpark was full and I wouldn't be able to park!! TERRIBLE!!!!

Fabulous - arrived and space all ready. Great personal service from car park security. What a good guy!
