Holiday Inn Kensington High Street Car Park

The app was easy to navigate and the instructions for the car park were spot on. The actual car park attendant was brilliant and friendly. Would highly recommend.

I arrived and was told there was no space available, nothing could be done someone had just beat me to the last space. I made a complaint and was told one car had just left so I could park. Parking spaces are very tight and cars need to be moved by hotel staff to allow cars to move in and out.

Parking was easy to find, but the space itself was a bit awkward due to a pillar that slightly obstructed one side.

This is hotel parking. When we arrived, a bus was blocking the entrance. Then we had to wait at reception to leave our car keys, with them and then wait again to collect them.

Do not book this. I've used Just Park many times, and this carparking doesn't work. Hotel claim to partner with JustPark but that they can't see how many bookings they have. They just fill up their parking and don't care about prebookings. If you arrive, you may find you have no parking here, and little alternative in the area, which is an issue if you've driven a long way or you're in a hurry.

PLEASE DO NOT BOOK TO PARK HERE! The car park is OFTEN fully booked despite JP saying there's still availability and letting you book. Today is the 2nd time it's happened to us. When you arrive, the hotel staff say no spaces, we're fully booked, we give the spaces to guests staying at the hotel with a car, despite you having paid in advance. There is NO system in place to stop you booking on here if the car park is full. Plus the hotel is very clear that they don't care about the inconvenience this causes. We were given tickets at Stamford Bridge for tonight and need somewhere safe to park bc our little one is only 11. absolutely terrible system. I've just gone on JP and despite just being told the carpark is fully booked, it's still possible to book a space from half an hour's time for the whole afternoon and evening. really horrible and disappointing situation.
