I was unable to use the pre-booked space because the access code on the keypad did not work (nor did the 'open barrier' button on the app) so I couldn't open the gate. I tried to phone for help but gave up after I had been on hold for 15 minutes.

The left gate wouldn't open so I parked my car in the yellow box (as directed) by accessing through the right gate. on returning to my car to leave there were no other cars in the car park other than the one directly behind me blocking me in. The left gate still wouldn't open and I couldn't reverse. I tried ringing the helpline, as did my wife but after 45 mins I'd been cut off twice and still no answer when luckily the owner of the vehicle behind me returned.

Great access for hospital

Instructions unclear: "Park in the only available bay just after entering" - there were five available bays; "Please park in the YELLOW bay" - there weren't any yellow bays; "do NOT cross the stripped line." - there was no stripped (striped?) line.

Good parking spot and very safe. Only negative is that the inside keypad would not work tonight open gate for leaving. Had to go around the pedestrian gate and put the code on outside keypad to enter via main gate and rush to the car for leaving before gate closes.
