it took me 20minutes to get onto the compound, and a similar time to get out. The entry system is broken. Unacceptable waste of my time, and was almost late for an important hospital appointment. Money back would be good!

Couldn't enter using code. Owner let me in. Couldn't exit, tried calling just park, no answer, kept getting cut off. Stuck in car park for over 40 minutes until another car entered.

The carpark was fine but the access code provided for the electric gate did not work! Being a Sunday morning it was a great relief that a totally different 'back-up' code did work.

Just Park was easy to use and directed me to the parking all PINS worked well and considering I was visiting and collecting someone from Kings post-op was close enough to take the worry out of parking securely and safely. Thk you.

I booked and paid for my parking, followed the link on google maps to the destination, parked, then when had lef tmy car and gone to my appointment, I checked my emails and the link had sent me to a different car park so I had to pay again as I didnt have time to go and move my car! So it cost me double. Not impressed at all!
